Hi, I’m Dan.
After a 10-year career in management consulting and project management for some of the largest organizations on the planet, I spent the better part of 7 years starting and leading a $10M and 250 employee business in the outdoor adventure industry. Shortly after being recognized by Outside Magazine as one of the top businesses to work for in the country, I was removed as CEO in a hostile takeover.
After the fog cleared, I realized the firing had given me the space to create a life aligned with my values and mission of helping others.
